Granola BarsDelicious and healthy oven baked granola bars with a crunchy outer surface and a soft, sweet and chewy inside with the maple syrup and peanut butter adding a delicious caramel texture. You can really adapt this to whatever ingredients you like; chocolate chips, walnuts and pecans also taste great added into this recipe.
Fluffy Pancakes with Almond MilkThese are the perfect pancakes, very fluffy with a hint of almond from the almond flour and some sweetness from the maple syrup. Make sure to whisk the egg white with an electric hand mixer so they form a fluffy peak, this keeps the batter airy and thick making your pancakes extra fluffy.

Scones with Yoghurt & Raisins

These raisin and yoghurt scones are so quick to make; just 15 minutes in the oven and they're done. I've added yoghurt instead of cream which makes these scones not too sweet and light and fluffy on the inside. These taste amazing served warm with some cream and jam.
