⅓ cup peanut butter ½ cup maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp salt 2 cups oats ⅓ cup flaked almonds ⅓ cup cranberries ⅓ cup pumkin seeds 1 tsp cinnamon
11. Preheat the oven to 175C and grease an 8 inch tray. Heat the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in the maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla extract and salt. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove from the heat and set aside.

3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and use a wooden spoon to combine all together. Transfer to the greased tin and press the mixture down firmly.
