The chilli and ginger add a nice flavoursome kick to this recipe which pairs great with the rich and sweet tomato sauce. This works well as a dip or simply served as a stew with some rice or barley.Creamy lemon pastaSimple and easy to make spaghetti with a creamy velvety lemony, cream and butter sauce, served with freshly chopped parsley, ground pepper and parmesan cheese. Fennel SoupFennel and celery soup that tastes similar to a simple potato soup yet is amazingly healthy and nutritious. Simply cook the shallots and sweet potato chunks in a skillet until softened then place all ingredients over the phyllo pastry in same skillet and bake in the oven for just under 30 minutes and that's it.

King prawns, cherry tomatoes, dill, orzo and feta all combine perfectly together making a very impressive flavourful and filling meal.Mushroom PastaButtery and garlicky mushroom pasta with the Dijon mustard giving a flavourful kick, some chicken stock, fresh thyme, parmesan cheese to garnish and olive oil drizzled on top. This recipe is comforting, delicious, so easy to make and ready in just 20 minutes. You can use whatever mushroom mix you like Cremini, portobello, shiitake, oyster and chestnut mushrooms all go nicely with this dish.Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini & Yoghurt SauceCrunchy caramelised roasted cauliflower florets with pomegranate seeds, pine nuts and freshly chopped parsley and mint. A wonderful recipe that works great as a side dish, the cumin , cinnamon and turmeric spices add heaps of flavour and the tahini and yoghurt sauce combine perfectly with this dish.
