Simple, easy and decadent whipped cream with a touch of honey. Make sure not to over-beat the cream, the finished consistency should be thick and billowy with soft peaks.

2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp honey
1Place the two cups of heavy cream in a large bowl. Use an electric hand mixer on high and beat the cream until soft peaks begin to form, about 2 minutes depending on your mixer then add in the honey and beat a further minute.
If using a kitchenaid I find setting 6 works best for 2 minutes and then add in the honey and beat on the highest setting 10 for just over 1 minute more.
