Golden Milk Tea

Golden milk tea or "turmeric tea" is filled with nutrients thanks to the anti inflammatory properties in curcumin which is the main compound of turmeric. Not only is it good for you, it tastes delicious. The spicy sweet taste is similar to a Chai latte.
