Homemade pesto sauce that is bursting with heaps of herby, nutty, cheese and garlic flavour!
Simply add a bunch of fresh basil leaves, some pine nuts, olive oil, salt and grated parmesan to a food processor and pulse for a minute or two and you have this glorious green sauce that tastes delicious on a variety of dishes from pasta and pizza to salads, dips and sandwiches.

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse for 1-2 minutes or until smooth then transfer to a glass jar. This pesto should stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
