500 ml (2 cups) water 500 ml (2 cups) chicken stock ⅓ tsp salt 160 g (1 cup) polenta 30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter 50 g (1/2 cup) freshly grated Parmesan 120 ml (1/2 cup) whole milk ¼ tsp ground black pepper
