I love a classic Moscow Mule recipe especially with a touch of maple syrup which adds a warm, earthy sweetness and just brings everything together. This version is zesty, cosy and perfect for when you want something refreshing.

1. Fill your copper mug or glass with ice. Add in the vodka, lime juice and maple syrup. Stir well.
2.Pour over the ginger beer and gently stir again. Garnish with a mine wedge and some mint.
