A simple and delicious prawn tapas dish marinated in a spicy garlic and hot chilli sauce. This recipe works well as an appetiser or light meal topped with a wedge of lemon and a side of crusty bread.

1. Heat the butter in a pan over low heat. Crush the garlic cloves and add to the pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Deseed the chilli, chop finely and add to the pan with the olive oil, cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the prawns and cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with some chopped parsley, lemon wedges, a sprinkle oof sea salt flakes and bread to soak up the oil.
