2 tbsp unsalted butter 6 garlic cloves, large 4 tbsp olive oil 1 medium red chilli 450 g large prawns salt and pepper lemon wedges to serve flakey sea salt crusty bread bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
11. Heat the butter in a pan over low heat. Crush the garlic cloves and add to the pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Deseed the chilli, chop finely and add to the pan with the olive oil, cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the prawns and cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Serve with some chopped parsley, lemon wedges, a sprinkle oof sea salt flakes and bread to soak up the oil.
