For the Dough
¾ cup warm milk
2 & 1/4 instant yeast
1 tsp white sugar (for the yeast)
1 egg (whisked) plus one egg yolk
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups plain flour (plus more for dusting)
3 tbsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
For the Filling
¼ cup butter, softened
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 & 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
2 tbsp butter
¾ cup powdered sugar
4 oz cream cheese
1 -2 tbsp milk
