Blueberry Smoothie

This creamy blueberry smoothie is such an easy and great way to kick start your day and give your body a boost of energy. The medjool dates and banana naturally act as a delicious sweetener and the blueberries are filled with loads of antioxidants and vitamins making this not only delicious but incredibly healthy as well.

 1 cup frozen blueberries
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 1 banana
 1 tbsp peanut butter
 2 tsp flaxseed
 2 medjool dates
 ¼ tsp cinnamon

Simply add all ingredients to a blender and pulse for a minute or so until smooth. Top with fresh blueberries and mint.
