Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are such a quick and easy breakfast that you can make ahead of time in just 5 minutes , so good to wake up to. Very healthy, this recipe is high in protein and fibre, keeps you full throughout the morning and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.

 ½ cup oats
 ½ cup almond milk
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 1 tbsp goji berries
 1 ½ tbsp agave syrup or honey
 pinch of salt
 ½ cup blueberries

1. In a bowel simply combine first seven ingredients together. Mix well then add in the blueberries. Transfer to a glass jar, seal and refrigerate overnight.
