1 baguette, medium ⅓ cup butter, softened to room temperature 4 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
11. Preheat the oven to 200C. Cut the bread into 1 inch slices, making sure not to cut all the way through the loaf so that it still holds together.
2. In a small bowl combine the minced garlic, butter, parsley and parmesan cheese. Use a teaspoon to push the mixture between the bread slices.
