5 medium ripe bananas, mashed 2 large eggs ⅓ butter ¾ cup dark briown sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp salt 2 cups plain flourto top 1 tbsp granulated sugar ½ tsp cinnamon ½ cup walnuts
11. Preheat the oven to 165°C. Oil or butter a loaf tin and line with parchment paper. In a food processor add the eggs, agave syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract and pulse. Mash 3 of the bananas together with a fork and add to the mix.
