This peanut butter is very creamy and smooth and couldn't be any easier to make. Simply add roasted peanuts to a food processor and it's done in less than 5 minutes.

 2 cups blanched peanuts

1. Place the blanched peanuts on a baking tray in a preheat oven at 175C for 8-10 minutes.

2. Add the peanuts to a food processor and pulse until a smooth paste forms, about 5 minutes depending on your food processor. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate for up to 2-3 weeks.
