½ cup cocoa powder ½ cup cold water 1 cup light brown sugar 1 pinch salt 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ¼ cup fresh cream

- In a saucepan over medium heat whisk together the cocoa power, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and let boil 15 seconds or so whilst whisking, lower the heat and leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add in the cream, vanilla extract and salt. Refrigerate once cooled down. The sauce will get thicker and more fudge like once it's cooled down and left in the fridge a few hours.
