4 large sweet potatoes 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary, finely chopped ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped salt and pepper to taste pinch of cinnamon
11. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Peel the sweet potatoes into chunks then cook in the pot for about 20-30 minutes or until tender.
