2 large pears, 2 tsp butter 1 tbsp honey 2 tbsp dark Rum ⅔ tsp ground cinnamon 2 pinches ground nutmeg ¼ cup walnuts natural yoghurt
11. Preheat the oven to 175C. In a small saucepan over low heat place the butter, Rum, cinnamon, nutmeg and honey. Once the butter is melted whisk all together and cook for just 5 minutes.
2. Halve the pears and scoop out the centre with a small spoon. Crush the walnuts and place in the centre of the pears. Place in an oven dish and pour the sauce over the pears.
3. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until soft and tender. Serve with some natural yoghurt.
