This baked oatmeal makes for a delicious and healthy breakfast. The honey and banana give a lovely sweet taste and the blueberries add loads of juicy flavour. It might take a while to bake but you can make it the night before and simply heat it up in the morning. Best served with some natural yoghurt!

2.50 cups jumbo oats 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ cup almond flour 1 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ⅓ cup raisins 2 eggs 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 bananas, mashed ¼ cup Agave syrup 1 cup blueberries
