1 12 inch pizza dough, rolled out 3 tbsp tomato pizza sauce 1 tbsp parmesan cheese 125 g mozzarella 2 tsp olive oil fresh basil leaves
11. Preheat the oven to 250C and place a upturned baking sheet on the top shelf in the oven. Heat the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour before baking your pizza.
2. After the oven is preheated for 45 minutes. Quickly take the baking sheet out of the oven (using oven mitts) , making sure to close the oven door immediately. Dust the back of the baking sheet with a little flour and place your rolled out pizza dough on the back upturned baking sheet. With the back of a spoon smooth some tomato sauce on the pizza and place in the oven on the middle shelf for 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove the baking sheet from the oven again and grate the parmesan over the sauce and place on the chunks of mozzarella cheese. Drizzle a little olive oil on top and add some chopped basil leaves. Coat the boarders of the pizza with a little olive oil. Bake in the oven for a further 6 minutes only.
